Pokèmon Amendments Code of Conduct

You agree, when you use our forum, to abide by the standards set out here. Any violation of this Code of Conduct will result in action being taken against you. At the discretion of the moderators, these actions may include, but are not limited to: deletion of a message; warnings; and ultimately a ban. Note that it is impossible for us to confirm the validity of all the posts on this forum. We cannot be held responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information.

The messages express the views of the author, which are not necessarily the views of AMEN. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is requested to notify the moderator of the forum. We will remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy also applies to member profile information.

  • No spamming

  • No threatening, abusive or harassing comments.

  • While we encourage lively debate, no personal attacks will be tolerated.

  • NO OBSCENE MATERIAL. No pornographic material or links to it. If it is not fit for family members, it is not fit for here. We have a zero tolerance.

  • NO OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Refrain from using any vulgar language that would offend someone else. Inappropriate words will be edited. This also applies to User Names. Accounts with inappropriate user names will be deleted.

  • No "flame-wars" or exchange of confrontational postings.

  • No slanderous or libelous posts.

  • Don’t post email addresses in posts. Search engine spiders gather information from posts; this leaves you liable to receive spam. If you want to give your email address to someone, send them a PM.

  • No advertising in general, outside of the advertising section.

  • POSTING OF LINKS or website addresses that take members to cheap drug sites, casinos, pornographic sites, blog sites, cheap insurance etc will not be tolerated and any user doing this will be banned.

  • We reserve the right to delete any link for any reason, without further correspondence.

  • Respect the copyright of others.

  • Forum rules and guidelines are not up for debate.

  • Anyone openly debating the rules we have set in place will be removed. Moderators of this forum are not to be argued with when enforcing forum rules and guidelines. Anyone arguing with a Moderator against disciplinary measures will be removed. This does not mean that members can't request a change in rules, or punishment. emphasis on 'openly debating'.

If you see anyone behaving in a manner that violates Pokèmon Amendments' Code of Conduct, please report them immediately, and/or contact an Administrator or Moderator with your complaint. [/quote]
